Please have at least one representative for your chapter in attendance. Your representative does not have to be an officer, but must be a member of Phi Zeta. Meeting attendance is required for your chapter to receive a dividend check from the national organization (excluding chapters that have lost their tax-exempt status). If your chapter is eligible to receive donations (has tax exempt status under National Phi Zeta tax exemption letter), your chapter needs to have a representative present for the meeting to receive a dividend check.
