[PhiZetaNational] scheduling the annual virtual Phi Zeta meeting

Happy Friday, Phi Zeta officers!

I am looking for feedback on when the best day is to schedule our annual virtual Phi Zeta meeting this summer.  If you've never attended one before, they occur online through an interactive meeting platform and they last about an hour.  Your chapter must have a representative (an officer or any other designated member) in attendance at the meeting in order for your chapter to receive a dividend check (usually $150-$300) from the national organization.  I'll begin by asking if any of the weeks listed below are bad for you or your chapter's representative (e.g., on clinics, out of town, other obligation).

Week of July 15th
Week of July 22nd
Week of July 29th

Please Reply if any of these weeks are problematic for your chapter.
