If this is virtual, anyone can attend, correct?
I am not sure if I am official still the president, but if so, I have done nothing to line up a phi zeta speaker.
What can/should I being doing?

I hope you all are healthy and safely enjoying the beginning of summer at this tumultuous time.

I'm contacting you to announce the 2020 Society of Phi Zeta Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.  The time will likely be 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. More information about the time and an invitation to the meeting will come when we get closer to the meeting time.

Your chapter's attendance and participation in the virtual Annual Meeting makes your chapter eligible to receive an annual dividend check from the National organization (if your chapter has maintained its tax-exempt status with the IRS).

Please send any suggestions for agenda items to me or to President Chuck Wiedmeyer (wiedmeyerc at missouri.edu<mailto:wiedmeyerc at missouri.edu>). Agenda items can be action items (needing a vote), discussion items, or news items.
