[PhiZetaNational] Phi Zeta Manuscript Submission deadline extended

Due to the extreme weather in nearly every part of the US that is impacting veterinary colleges along with everyone else, the deadline for manuscript submission will be moved to one week later.  The new deadline is Monday, March 1st, by 5PM Central.
