<p class="MsoNormal">I’m Missy Josephson from the Epsilon chapter at Auburn University.  I’m sending you new copies of the Chapter Officer Report Form and the Member Certificate Order Form, both with my contact information added.  I’m also resending the great

 tutorial document that Dr. Blaze created for filing your chapter’s return with the IRS (U.S. schools only).  Remember, if your chapter operates on a fiscal year calendar, your IRS return is due by November 15<sup>th</sup>.  If your chapter operates on a Jan-to-Dec

 calendar, then your return is due by June 15<sup>th</sup>.   If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.  I’m new at this but, with Dr. Blaze’s patient help, I hope to be able to fulfill all of the duties of Secretary-Treasurer of Phi Zeta
