Greetings, Phi Zeta leaders,



This is a reminder that our Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom tomorrow, Wednesday, July 14th, beginning at 2:00 pm Eastern. The Zoom invitation is copied at the end of this message. In addition, the Minutes of the 2020 Annual Meeting and the Agenda for tomorrow's meeting are attached. Please try to look over the Minutes before tomorrow's meeting as we will be voting to accept them.



As before, a couple of things to keep in mind:



1) Every year the national organization determines the amount of annual income that exceeds operating expenses and distributes this amount to chapters in the form of a check.



2) You or another member of your chapter must be in attendance at the Annual Meeting for your chapter to receive a disbursement check.
